This spring and summer, that has proven more valuable than ever. In addition to helping our Customers with the digital transformation of insurance premium financing, we have been making digital shifts of our own.
We love seeing our Customers, so we normally have exciting plans all over the United States for our Associates to attend local tradeshows, regional conferences and national industry events. This year, some of those events have become virtual, so we’ve pivoted our plans along with them. We are planning to attend a number of virtual events as sponsors and online exhibitors, including VCIA in August, the Oklahoma Big I Annual Conference in September, and Applied Net in September and October. Come “see” us at these events!
In addition, our Associates have become experts in providing legendary Customer service online by hosting countless virtual meetings and webinars for IPFS TotalPay® demos, ipfs.com help, and setting up our digital services. Staying in touch is critical and we want to do everything we can to make the premium finance process easier so agents can focus on selling insurance.
In eligible states, our Sales Executives have been leading online CE Courses to keep their agency Customers on track for their credit requirements. We offer four course subjects: Premium Finance Options, Premium Finance Express, Avoiding E&O Loss and the Fundamentals of Ethics. Contact your sales executive about scheduling one of our courses if you are in one of the following eligible states: Alabama, Montana, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia or West Virginia.
