Every year we gather IPFS Associates in Kansas City to reflect on the past year and discuss plans and goals for the year ahead, so that we are all focused together on how to be the best partner to our Customers.
As was the case for all our meetings the past year, our annual Summit went online. We learned a lot about digitalization for ourselves and our Customers in 2020, and continued to practice those skills to gather virtually for presentations, panels, awards and an inspirational speaker.
Our Associates did a wonderful job putting together three days of engaging presentations, and we are looking forward to an exciting year of growth, development, and technology innovation.
We were even able to share a taste of Kansas City at home thanks to Jackstack BBQ delivery! We had a great week, and are looking forward to being back together in person for next year's meeting.
