Every Saturday starting at 6:00PM CT and ending 6:00AM CT, IPFS will be conducting routine maintenance for our premium insurance platform.

Please note the following adjustment to the Imperial PFS® system maintenance schedule: 

To improve our system experience for our Clients, effective Saturday, October 23rd, Imperial PFS will conduct regular system maintenance every Saturday at 6:00pm/Central Time with the restoration of service promptly at 6:00am/Central Time every Sunday. 

Maintenance during this time will affect the use of the following IPFS systems:

  • ipfs.com
  • IPFS Connect®
  • IPFS Agency Management System Integrations
  • IVR
